What actually matters
Current level and control
Devices work in microamps. Adjustable intensity lets you start low; some devices measure skin resistance and adjust automatically.
Conductive gel
Microcurrent needs a conductive gel or primer. It is a running cost, so price it in.
Treatment heads
Larger heads cover cheeks and jaw; small attachments reach around the eyes and lips.
Who should not use it
People with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, epilepsy, or who are pregnant should not use microcurrent without medical advice.

FAQ
How long do microcurrent results last?
The toned look is temporary, typically hours to a day after a session, and builds with regular use over weeks.
Is microcurrent painful?
It should not be. You may feel a light tingle or taste metal; turn the intensity down if it is uncomfortable.
